Ian's Secret Brittain Recipe

I have found that by mixing certain foods provided by the dining hall, you can create dishes that aren't on the menu. For example, I will teach you how to make a delicious meatloaf out of every day food at Brittain.

1. Take two hamburgers from the grill without the buns.

2. Add some green peppers and onions, also from the grill, between the two patties.

3. Smother the top patty with ketchup.

That's it! Just three simple, easy steps. It really does taste like meatloaf and is a nice change from the usual double bacon cheese burger. I'm sure there other dishes waiting to be concocted out of the food at Brittain, so if you feel like taking a risk, mix some food together and take a bite! Who knows? You might create a dish that makes your dining experience just that much better.

  1. That is very interesting, how did you manage to think of something like that? Have they made actual meatloaf at Britain yet, and how is it? I must say, I do perfer a double cheese burger over meatloaf.
